Social Responsibility

We are Media Feathers, we work together as we are a community that values its environment. We are committed to embracing the ethical responsibilities of our employees and strive to be ethical by ensuring equitable consideration of all stakeholders including investors, leaders as well as employees and customers. This is the reason we care for everyone in our responsible media company within the context in which we operate.

To set a benchmark for our employees, we have decided to set an upper minimum wage that is higher than the average minimum wage or one that is established by the federal or state government as the “minimum livable wage.” In addition, we work with local, diverse, and socially responsible customers and partners, consult with stakeholders from the community about the business decision-making process, and collaborate with clients who impact the community positively.

Environmental Responsibility

As the environment is deteriorating and we see changes in the weather, it is important to know the steps needed to bring about an impact. As humans living on the planet, it’s OUR obligation to save the planet in every way we can. Our climate is changing in shockingly negative ways that we’ll be regretting in the near future, and we already feel some of the effects.

We have been able to contribute to changing our environment. We want to make a positive change. We have a plan to transform the future of our planet in the near future. We’ve already begun to implement our climate change plan, starting by cutting down emissions from carbon. We are aware of how carbon is a threat to our climate, and that’s why we employ strategies and products that leave little to zero carbon footprints.

In addition we are also enhancing efficiency in energy use to aid in our carbon footprint initiatives. Additionally, we are working to reduce the use of water, waste and emissions to aid us and our community in bringing about an end to climate change.

Privacy Responsibility

In this age of digital technology, where everything is accessible via the internet, we’re committed to safeguarding everyone’s privacy and adhering to the highest standards for handling any private or personal information. We do our best to protect the privacy of our clients, employees, and all of the partners involved. We believe it is our duty and fundamental human right to safeguard anyone’s privacy.

In all interactions, whether with employees, clients or any other person We ensure they trust in our company and us. We are aware of the dangers associated with data privacy, security and the online sector and how this can impact our customers and our business. We employ precise security measures to protect all sensitive or personal information of our customers, employees, employees, or anyone who is concerned.
